After the attack by Russian troops on Ukraine on the night of 24 February 2022, there is bewilderment at the International Institute of Energy Policy and Energy Economics and the University of Leipzig. Our solidarity goes out to the entire Ukrainian population.

When the institute launched MEEBA together with the University of Leipzig in 2007, the program was a key factor in the academic and entrepreneurial cooperation of international energy companies.

Hand in hand with the European Energy Exchange, ONTRAS, TOTAL Germany, Wintershall, VNG and many more companies in the energy field, MEEBA offers its students both: academic expertise and practical insights and applications.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE PART OF MEEBA

In order to participate in the double degree,

you will need to fulfill the following three requirements

BACHELOR’S DEGREE

In any field with a minimum

of 180 ECTS

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY

A minimum of B2 English proficiency

WORKING EXPERIENCE

Substantial postgraduate work experience (minimum 1 year)
